This is Emma Whitehouse and she is the Livewire’s Co-Photography Editor. She is currently a senior, making this her second year on staff. She joined journalism because of her strong passion for photojournalism. Along with journalism, she created and runs Photography Club, the Bullitt East FFA reporter, in Beta Club and Project Unify.

The East versus Male game was one of the most anticipated games of the season when Bullitt East was placed tenth and Male was placed first. “I think the highlights of the season are, of course, beating North Bullitt and Bullitt Central felt great. Being able to actually show we can compete in 6A now, when we haven't really shown that, and just being able to have a winning season,” Gauthier said, “I feel like there's spots where we didn't play as well as we should have, but overall, I think we improved a lot from last year.”

Due to the rising risk of COVID-19, prom had to be postponed to keep students safe. The future of prom is still uncertained. "As of right now, I do not know much about the future of prom. Until we have a date that school is back in session, I have been advised to not make plans or book a venue. However, I plan on doing everything in my power to assure that prom happened," said Megan McConnell, Junior Class Sponsor.

We can see this with the coronavirus going on, and an example is when a rumor started that New York City would go on a city-wide quarantine lockdown. She encourages her students to make smaller goals and then work up to their overall goal to help them achieve their resolution. "If you want something, it is great if you hope for it, but you have to work for it. If you don’t constantly remind yourself then it is not actually going to change," said Lloyd.

Surrounded by family while her favorite memory and advice to younger teammates was being read off, senior Brookelynne Montague stood surrounded by family during the senior night ceremony. All of the seniors were lined up as they were recognized one by one. “It felt so unreal to be standing there in front of my teammates, classmates, family, and friends as we were being called one by one to be recognized. I guess you could say it truly was a bittersweet night,” said Montague.
