Mean stinks is the new motto that is used by the students here at Bullitt East who are in Friends Of Rachel.

Chelsea Mullennex, leader of the club, explained what ‘mean stinks’ exactly means. “Mean stinks is a really quick for us to call someone out. It doesn’t have to be confrontation or anything like that. It’s just a quick saying that will make people think twice about what they’re saying.,”Quoted Mullennex

This is only the second year with the motto, but is being spread around the school quickly.

Sophomore and member of the club Alyssa Hooper said how she felt about the motto, “Mean stinks is the new motto. It might sound cheesy, but we are trying to get people to realize that being mean does stink and to stop being mean to people.”

Mean stinks  is not just for the members of the FOR club but the entire student body.
