Spiking into victory.

All last week the volleyball team took on rivals resulting in only one defeat. 

The chargers won their game Monday, Sept. 21 against Fern Creek and won three out of four games against North Bullitt Thursday, Sept. 24. They fell short Tuesday, Sept. 22 against Mercy Academy.   

Due to COVID-19 and KHSAA decisions, the team has had to face major changes to their lineup, yet the team has adapted very well according to their team manager, Bailey Korfhage, senior. “I think that overall the team really needs to work on communication. The team would be a lot more united and be able to have more awareness if they communicate. That comes with time though and I think the short season is taking a toll,” said Korfhage. 

The team has an away game this week Tuesday, Sept. 29 at Bardstown and a home game Wednesday, Sept. 30 against Doss.
