Pistons are on the come up after acquiring Blake Griffin, or are they?

The Pistons recently acquired Clippers star, Blake Griffin, in a trade and they have fans questioning if this is a good trade.

Blake Griffin has recently been injury prone which can cause complications for the team. The Pistons are currently sitting at the 10th seed. Blake Griffin can possibly push them towards the playoffs. The Pistons traded away two draft picks which could be a huge game changer in this trade.

Last year in the playoffs Blake Griffin got injured in the playoffs causing the Clippers to lose. Being this injury prone on the Pistons could ruin the team. By the way that the Pistons are playing right now if Griffin gets injured if the Pistons are in the playoffs, the team is guaranteed to lose.

The Pistons traded away two draft picks which could change who won this trade. The Pistons are currently building around Andre Drummond and they just acquired an injury prone veteran in Blake Griffin. This gives the team no chance of rebuilding if this trade does not work out. This possibly could ruin the Pistons future.

Andre Drummond is currently the team’s Star, acquiring Blake Griffin could cause complications at the front court. The New Orleans Pelicans also have two stars in the four and five position. The Pelicans are also struggling having all of their star power at the big men positions. This could be the issue for the Pistons as they are an arguably worse than the pelicans duo.
