Celtics and Hawks Battle Back
Being down 2-0 didn’t end these two team’s playoff dreams.
Both the Celtics and the Hawks went down two games to none early. But that didn’t stop them from climbing back to even up their series.
The Celtics started off the series with some not so good defense. Letting Rajon Rondo nearly drop a triple double in game 2. Also, at the end of that game, Rondo got hurt. Unfortunately he was diagnosed with a fractured right thumb and was not able to play in games 3 or 4. The Celtics took advantage of the injury and stole games 3 and 4 with outstanding performances from Isaiah Thomas and Al Horford.
The series will likely go to 7 games with the Bulls winning game 7 at TD Garden. I believe this because at this point in the series, the winning team has always been on the road. It will continue to be this way and the Celtics have more home games left.
The Hawks started out the series going down 2-0 to the Wizards. They somehow pulled themselves back up to even the series at 2-2. In this series, the winner has been at home every game.
I think that the Wizards will win this one in 6 because after they win at home in game 5, they will have the advantage and take game 6 at the Hawks arena. They will move onto the next round to play the Bulls and beat them in 6 as well.
